Call the site contact, after talking to client, to confirm date, time, address, directions, who to ask for, where to park, etc. You should also check on any materials that were to be sent to the site.
Arrive no less than 30 to 60 minutes prior to assignment start time.
Our office hours are 9-6 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Our office voice mail is checked on weekends and holidays so if you need to reach us during non-business hours, please leave a message, and your call will be returned. Please make certain you leave a phone number where you can be reached.
